About Everyday Angels
Who We Are
Rooted in faith and the belief that those who have been blessed are called to be a blessing to others, the Everyday Angels movement was born. Starting in Columbus, Ohio, with our co-founder Tacuma Swanson, we saw first hand the power of how little things can make huge impacts in people's lives by the simple but powerful act of stepping up for a woman in a grocery line who struggled to pay her full bill. This single moment served as a life-changing catalyst to give Everyday Angel's Community Cares program in its deep rooted passion to serve the community.
This has solidified our belief that its the responsibility of the community to take care of those in the community. Everyday Angels provides a way for those who can in their community to be an angel for those who can't.

Damon, CEO and Founder of The Mintz Group, is centered by both his personal belief and the TMG mission statement that we are called to live a life of service and to make the world a better place to live. Damon and his family continue to find ways to give back and make an everyday difference in the world.
Tacuma Swanson
Co-Founder & Director of Community Cares Columbus
Tacuma leverages his 20+years in Business Management and Development, 20+years in Project Development and Strategic Planning to help those in need. He also serves as Director of Community Cares Columbus.
Morgan Mintz
Director of Community Cares Jacksonville
Morgan is passionate about bringing people together to meet practical needs in her community and creating opportunities for others to serve. Through her work with the nonprofit, she hopes to connect local people, businesses, and organizations to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those around her.

Matt Clark
EVP of Marketing & Operations
Matt is VP of Marketing and Creative for the Mintz Group as well as President of the Media Division. For Everyday Angels, Matt believes that people want to give and that we are better when we come together!
What Does Our Community Cares Do?
Our Community Cares program looks to identify needs to the communities we serve and then connects those needs with Angel Givers, Angel Businesses, and Angel Partner Organizations that are run by our local Angel Street Teams. From Angel Giving Outreach events where we encourage the community to come out and purchase items for those in need or Angel Takeover events where we identify practical needs (groceries, neighborhood beautification opportunities, etc.), and then rally those angels passionate about serving and showing up, our missions continues to develop, grow and inspire. This all happens by bringing our Angel networks together and providing real practical solutions.
